Park Central is a large bulky goods complex of ten units ranging from 440sqm to 2400 sqm, associated carparking, landscaping and a purpose-built café. Constructed from tilt up concrete panels the projects including road widening and the installation of a roundabout to accommodate increased traffic flow.  Buildhigh worked closely with the owner, accommodating emerging tenancy requirements and fit-outs in parallel to the base build.
